The 10-week Summer Associate Program is an opportunity for high-caliber MBA students to experience the culture and atmosphere of Morgan Stanley by taking on the responsibilities and functions of full-time generalist Associates.

The program would give you a strong foundation in the basic skills of financial problem-solving, negotiation and execution, and experience of marketing the firm's products and services effectively. The Summer Associate Program also features networking lunches and 1-on-1 meetings to discuss career opportunities and extend your contacts.

The program provides a realistic view of investment banking as members spend their summer working on a variety of transactions from all areas of IBD.

Summer Associates obtain a strong foundation in the basic skills of financial problem solving, negotiation, and execution. They are also expected to market the firm's products and services effectively. Summer Associates are staffed on multiple projects spanning the division's business units. They may work on a mix of assignments ranging from transaction execution to business development initiatives.

Your progress on the Summer Program would be carefully monitored. Superior performance may be rewarded with the offer of full-time Associate role upon the completion of your studies.

Requirements

You have completed the first year of your MBA program and have an outstanding record of achievement.

Selection Process
Selected candidates will go through two or three rounds of interviews.
